World Human Rights Day: India is a fascist state

In an international virtual seminar organized by Amnesty International and other human rights organizations on the occasion of World Human Rights Day, India has declared the worst country in terms of human rights violations. According to the report, the seminar was attended by Australian and American political figures, members of the European Parliament, human rights activists, and scholars. Amnesty International reports that 270 unarmed Kashmiri civilians have been killed in occupied Kashmir in the past one year, where more than 30 were killed in fake encounters. Pellet guns injured 200 people, 20 Kashmiris lost one eye while 50 people lost sight of both eyes.

The report also made the horrific revelation that extremist Hindus have given a special task by RSS to marry more than 2,100 Muslim girls to Hindus. According to a report by another human rights organization, under Modi’s leadership, India has fulfilled all the points on the basis of which India can be declared a fascist state. India claims to be the largest democracy in the world. This claim is made on the basis of population, but India’s history has shown that a secular democracy does not guarantee the observation of HR and the protection of minorities. Only the demolition of the Babri Masjid and the endorsement of the Indian Supreme Court prove that the problem does not belong to any extremist group. That is why India’s internal crisis is growing.

It has been more than a year since the Muslim-majority state of Occupied Kashmir came under complete siege by the Indian Army. After the controversial citizenship law, the peasant movement has turned into a Sikh protest. No minority, including Muslims, is safe in India. The situation of Dalits and Shudras, who are themselves part of the Hindu religion, is also very bad. Despite this, India is considered a democratic and secular state. The issue of human rights has been seen by the United States and world powers as a ploy to suppress weak nations. India’s fascism has become so naked that international human rights organizations have been forced to recognize it.
