Episode 32 covers the sordid state of affairs in Pak where the Army is running the country and democracy is a farce. It also highlights the resentment of the masses against the decision of Pak Govt to have a treaty with the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and grant them general amnesty. The decision is lamented by the intellegensia in the country as they term the organisation as a terrorist organisation responsible for killing innocent people including children.
The episode further brings out that Pakistan is crumbling under the burden of its internal problems, failure of foreign policy and multiplying economic and financial burden. The dire situation in PoK, Gilgit-Baltistan and KPK has also been highlighted where the people say there is no freedom whatsoever and their aspirations are being suppressed. Moreover, the Pak Govt is not investing in these areas and is only taking away the raw material for further investments in the Punjab region. The investments by the way of CPEC are also not reaching the people living in these areas.
On the other hand, better road connectivity in the rural areas of J&K is likely to change the economic and social profiles. This will open new vistas of tourism leading to the reshaping of J&K. The people are also happy to see this progress and development on ground and look forward to a peaceful and vibrant future.
The last segment brings out the aspect of entrepreneurship and women empowerment. The profile of a young entrepreneur Shafia Shafi, working to popularise the beautiful art of painting and paper machie, and make it into a sustainable vocation has also been highlighted in the episode.
