Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha stated on Monday that the Jammu and Kashmir police has overcome challenges such as terrorism, law and order, and modernization, and has ensured that ordinary citizens live in the society without fear.

Addressing the players at ‘Jashn-e-Dal,’ a Jammu Kashmir Police-organized Water Sports event at SKICC Srinagar in which 700 participants competed in 20 categories of Kayaking, Canoeing, and Slalom, the LG Sinha praised the J&K Police for valuable contribution in nurturing young sporting talents and providing them with opportunities to realise their full creative potential through Civic Action Programmes.
