Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, the Political Deputy of the Prime Minister, said in a meeting with some officials of the previous government that the Islamic Emirate values advisory and reform-minded opinions.

According to a statement from the Presidential Palace, the Political Deputy also mentioned that the doors of the Islamic Emirate’s institutions are open to the people, and they can directly share their suggestions with the officials.

Hamidullah Fitrat, Deputy Spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, regarding this meeting, said: “The Political Deputy added that the Islamic Emirate values reformative advice, and every Afghan can directly share their views with the authorities. In this meeting, former government officials, tribal elders, and scholars said that Islamic laws and the decrees of the Amir al-Mu’minin are an essential part of the system.”

In this meeting, former government officials, with the presence of some tribal elders, expressed that the world cannot tolerate an Islamic system in Afghanistan and is trying in various ways to harm this system.

Saleem Paigham, a political analyst, said: “The more we listen to the people of Afghanistan and try to build a lawful system and make our statements lawful, it is naturally beneficial both for the system and for the people of Afghanistan.”

Mawlawi Abdul Kabir also met with some former government military personnel last year in July and said that there is no threat to former military personnel and political figures of the previous government in the country.
