Two separate explosions on Tuesday targeted Pakistani forces in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, and Zamuran in the Kech district.
The first explosion occurred on Quetta’s Qambarani Road in the evening, where a police vehicle was struck by a powerful blast. Eyewitnesses reported that the explosion happened as the police car passed through the area. The vehicle was also impacted by the blast. Officials confirmed the incident but have not yet provided details about casualties or the extent of damage.
Earlier in the day, a second attack targeted Pakistani forces in the Zamuran area of Kech district. Foot soldiers were reportedly hit in the Paganzan area, where independent sources claimed that two officials were killed in the blast. However, authorities have yet to release an official statement or confirm the fatalities.
