The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) and the Baloch Republican Army (BRA) have claimed responsibility for separate attacks targeting Pakistan Army personnel and pro-state operatives in different parts of Balochistan.

BLF spokesperson Major Gohram Baloch stated that on Thursday, November 28, at 9:15 a.m., their fighters ambushed a Pakistan Army convoy in the Aabsar area of Turbat. The convoy included two military vehicles and two motorcycles. Using RPGs, sniper rifles, LMGs, and other advanced weaponry, the fighters killed three personnel, including Sepoy Ramzan, and critically injured two junior officers, Naik Shamsuddin and Lance Naik Amanullah.

According to Major Gohram, the attack also resulted in the destruction of a military vehicle and a motorcycle after being hit by a rocket-propelled grenade. Following the ambush, Pakistani forces reportedly retaliated with indiscriminate firing and raided nearby civilian areas, subjecting residents to violence and forced disappearances.

He claimed that the BLF fighters safely retreated to their bases after the attack. Major Gohram highlighted that the operation was based on intelligence and demonstrated effective guerrilla warfare tactics, rendering the enemy helpless.

Expressing regret over potential harm to civilians, he reiterated his plea to the local population to avoid proximity to state forces, as BLF fighters are constantly targeting the enemy. He emphasized that the BLF’s struggle aims to safeguard Baloch national identity and achieve independence.

Major Gohram reaffirmed the BLF’s commitment to its mission, asserting that such operations would continue until the realization of an independent Balochistan.

Separately, the Baloch Republican Army (BRA) claimed responsibility for an attack on a base belonging to pro-state operative Wali Muhammad. BRA spokesperson Dostain Baloch stated that their fighters targeted the base with a hand grenade, critically injuring two individuals.

Dostain Baloch stated that the BRA remains steadfast in its goal of achieving Balochistan’s independence and will continue operations against state-backed elements.

Both groups have reiterated their resolve to intensify their struggle against state forces and collaborators until their objectives of freedom are realized.
