Pakistani forces have allegedly forcibly disappeared three people, including two coal miners, from Pasni and Quetta in Balochistan.
According to reports, two coal miners, identified as Ghulam Nabi, son of Haji Noor Ahmad Satakzai, and Naeem, son of Gulzar Satakzai, residents of the Daghari area of Quetta, were forcibly disappeared, allegedly by Pakistani forces, from Saryab Road in Quetta on August 6th.
The families of the missing individuals confirmed the incident and expressed grave concern, as their whereabouts remain unknown.
Similarly, Pakistani forces reportedly forcibly disappeared another person, identified as Sadakat, son of Allah Bakhsh, from Pasni, the coastal city of Balochistan.
It is pertinent to mention that enforced disappearances are not uncommon in Balochistan, as new cases continue to emerge from different parts of the region. Families of the victims have been protesting against enforced disappearances for over a decade.
