Baloch Voice for Justice, a rights group, has announced a social media campaign on X (formerly Twitter) from 8 PM to 11 PM on August 4, marking the 10th anniversary of the enforced disappearance of Ameer Bakhsh Baloch and advocating for his release.
Ameer Bakhsh Baloch was reportedly forcibly abducted by security forces on August 4, 2014, from Kulanch. Despite the passage of a decade, he remains missing, and his family continues to seek justice and answers regarding his whereabouts.
The rights group has urged political and social activists, human rights advocates, journalists, students, and social media users to join the campaign. They aim to raise awareness about Ameer’s disappearance and advocate for his safe recovery, highlighting the broader issue of enforced disappearances in Balochistan.
