Baloch Liberation Army spokesman, Jeeyand Baloch, stated in a media release on Wednesday that their fighters targeted the Pakistani military in two separate attacks in the Zamuran area of Balochistan’s Kech districts.
The spokesman said that on the night of May 26, BLA fighters targeted the occupying Pakistani post at Main Kaor in the Nawano area of Zamuran with multiple grenade launcher rounds, causing human and material losses to the Pakistani forces.
He added that in another operation, BLA fighters targeted an “enemy” soldier stationed at a post in the Archanan area of Zamuran with a sniper attack, killing him on the spot.
A day earlier, the group also claimed responsibility of attacking Pakistani military in Noshki district of Balochistan.
BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch stated in a media release that their fighters targeted the “occupying” Pakistani military in an attack on Monday this week. The spokesman said that BLA fighters attacked the military post at Pachanan in Noshki with rockets and other heavy weapons, resulting in at least four “enemy” soldiers being injured and causing further material losses.
Jeeyand Baloch vowed that their operations will continue until the complete withdrawal of “occupying forces” from Balochistan.
Meanwhile on Tuesday, another pro-independence armed group, the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) claimed responsibility for an attack on Pakistani military’s check post in Noshki.
BLF spokesman, Major Gohram Baloch, stated in a media release that their fighters attacked an FC check post in the Zarin Jungle area of Noshki at 3 PM on Monday this week. A soldier was killed in a sniper attack, and later the check post was attacked with grenade launchers and other automatic weapons. Grenade launcher rounds fell inside the post, causing further human and material losses to the forces.
